Well, after a rather gruelling first 7 hour flight to Singapore, we arrived safely to the beautiful Changi airport. As usual, the Singapore Airlines staff were friendly and accommodating, with hot towels and comfy blankets, which we did our best to put to good use. Unfortunately, the chairs at the airport are somewhat more comfortable and roomy to sleep on than 2 cramped airplane chairs. We tried to sleep, managing about 2 hours in total on the plane, after rearranging several times and sticking various body parts into the aisle and each other. Poor Bek wasn't feeling fantastic on the flight, but we still managed to see all the pretty lights as we came in. She felt better after coffee and a nap on the chairs.
Well, things were made that little bit more exciting when I (Bek), was posing for a photo, a passing guy wolf-whistled. This would have been really flattering if he wasn't pushing sixty and wearing a creepy smirk. Ah well. A compliment's a compliment ;-)
Now for the next, (insert whimper here) 14 hour flight.

Did you find the free massage chairs at Changi? And those enormous goldfish always amused me. Hope your next flight is a bit better.
